Marvin Nider, Owner

Marvin Nider was born in Cornwall, Ontario. Following graduation at the Cornwall Collegiate and Vocation School, Marvin moved to Vancouver to attend the University of British Columbia. He graduated with a Batchelor of Science in Microbiology in 1970 and at Batchelor of Science in Pharmacy in 1975.

After a few years working as a pharmacist in retail chains he opened his own store in 1983, then purchased Marks Plaza Pharmacy in 1986. He opened another Marks Pharmacy at 22nd and Oak St in 2005.

He became involved in alternative products in 1980 and distributed Thermoflow Ceramic impregnated products until purchasing the company in May 2009.

Marvin hosts a radio program which provides information about complementary health products. His show is heard on CFUN 1410 currently.
